Delivery & Returns

Delivery time

We aim to deliver orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM the next business day. Please note that in exceptional circumstances, delays may occur at the sorting center or during transport by the courier.

If your order still hasn't arrived after 2 days, please contact us via chat or our contact form — we're happy to help!

During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer and may differ from what you are used to from us.

Delivery areas and carriers

Netherlands (including the Wadden Islands):
We deliver with DHL from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you're not home during delivery, DHL will try again the next business day or deliver the package to a nearby service point.

Belgium & Luxembourg:
We deliver with Bpost from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Not home? Then Bpost will try again or deliver it to a collection point.

Postage costs

  • Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €35 . Below this amount, we charge €4.95 for shipping.

  • Belgium & Luxembourg: free shipping on orders over €50 . Below this amount, we charge €6.95 for shipping.

Returns Policy

Return period

We have a 14-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once you've registered your return, you have an additional 14 days to return the candle. We kindly ask that you do this as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, if applicable. Your receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process your return.

Return process

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form.

You can easily drop off your package(s) at your nearest DHL location. This is completely free as long as you contact us first. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for the return process.

Would you like to use a different delivery service? That's certainly possible. Please keep in mind that you'll be responsible for the shipping costs. Therefore, we ask that you contact us first before returning the package.

Items returned to us without a return request unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Damage and problems

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exchange

The most efficient way to receive the desired item is to return the current item and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.

Legal 14-day cooling-off period in the EU

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return package, you'll be notified and we'll let you know if the return is approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within five business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
Please contact us via chat or contact form if it has been more than 10 business days since we approved your return.
